In the green valley “Pizzon”, a short distance from Villa Pellegrini Cipolla, in the Costermano area, Casa Modena is located a few hundred meters from the recently restored ancient wash house. The country house, with inserts in characteristic local stone, is characterized by the large spaces and the pleasant private garden, where you can enjoy the panorama of the surrounding hills, the coolness during the summer days and the quiet of the place, despite t being just a few minutes from Lake Garda. There are two entrances, one from the courtyard, through 18 steps and one from the garden, crossing the garden, which is equipped with barbeque, chairs, table, deck chairs and parasol. The living area is characterized by a large and bright open-space, where there is a fireplace (not usable), a sofa, a dining area with table and chairs and a fully equipped and complete kitchen (4 burners, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave); going down 4 steps leads to the corridor leading to the entrance from the courtyard and to the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and two bathrooms with shower. Ceramic floor in the living area, wood in the sleeping area. Internet wi-fi, satellite TV and two private parking spaces in the outdoor courtyard.
