Just 150 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Garda lakefront, La Residenza is a very well-kept and equipped apartment, for pleasant stays of families or friends, who want a very comfortable and convenient accommodation for everything. The beaches are at a pleasant ten minute stroll along the lake. A few of meters from any type of shop, the apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a small condominium, whith its main door pleasantly framed by evergreen plants; from here and up a few steps and there’ s  the entrance door. Upon entering there is a nice feeling of space, given by the living area which includes both the living room and the kitchen. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa bed, in front of which a sliding door opens onto a nice terrace, equipped with table, chairs and awning; in the center of the living room there is a table with chairs and on the side of the kitchen (fully equipped with 4 burners, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) there is also a table-peninsula with stools, suitable for both breakfasts and the preparation of meals. Moving on to the sleeping area, there is immediately a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom with a bridge bed and the main double bedroom, which has its own terrace and a bathroom with en-suite tub-shower.
