Separated by a boundary wall from the road Gardesana Orientale, leading in a few hundred meters to the village Garda, accessible through an elegant wrought iron gate, the villa enjoys an almost exclusive private corner of the park “Residenza San Vigilio”, sharing a beautiful garden and barbeque with the single villa next door. To access the pool and the rest of the park, one must climba few steps, or exit the back of the first floor of the house, as the villa was built leaning against a natural terrace of the ground. The doors opening onto the garden lead in the spacious living-dining room, with sofa bed, to which is connected the fully equipped kitchen. Service bathroom. A nice staircase (17 steps) leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms (one with a terrace and direct access to the garden), one with a folding bed for a child, one bathroom with shower.
