Villa Margiò

Going up from Torri del Benaco, on the road that goes up to the town of Albisano, Villa Margiò is hidden among the olive groves, in a splendid panoramic position, with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The villa has a terraced and sloping garden with many shady trees that line the road from the entrance gate to the parking area, with space for four vehicles.
From main the entrance, on the ground floor there is a two-room apartment, consisting of a living room with a french bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with lake / garden view. A few steps up further, there’ s a large open space area: on one side a large lounge / sitting room with fireplace and doors that open directly onto the veranda, the garden and the fenced panoramic swimming pool, on the other side, the dining room and behind it the fully equipped kitchen on one side, a bathroom with shower on the other side. Doors open onto the smaller rear patio. From the hall, some steps lead to the first floor, where there are two twin bedrooms (one with a side door to the garden), a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with lake view and an en-suite bathroom with shower / tub. A few more steps and there is a large anteroom equipped with a sofa and a small table. On this level there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, two of the bedrooms (both with an extra bed) enjoy the best lake view.
