Villa Rubiana

Landscape, wonderful lake view and quiet countryside. These qualities sum up the villa, located in a quiet hamlet of Caprino Veronese, 1 km north of Caprino (where there are shops and restaurants of all kinds), on the road that leads to San Zeno di Montagna, at the foot of Monte Baldo. There are many paths that in fact allow take not only to the Mt. Baldo, but also other interesting and special places, for those who are most fond of the mountains and walking. Lake Garda, which one seems to be able to touch from the villa, is only 9 km away, about 10 minutes by car. From the driveway gate (electrically operated), a green path leads to the parking area. From the entrance, on the left, there’ s the living room, with sofa bed (French) and satellite TV, which pleasantly extends with bright windows overlooking the garden; outside there is the barbeque. Opposite the living room, there’ s the kitchen with a large dining table, fully equipped (4 electric plates, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven); the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In the lower level, reachable directly from the garden, at the parking level, there are three other bedrooms (one with twin beds and two with a double sofa bed), a living room and a new bathroom with shower and washing machine. The garden develops on three sides of the house, facing south; in fact to the north there is an embankment. The new swimming pool (6.10 x 3.60 m), partially off-ground, is inserted in the landscape, next to a comfortable gazebo with table and chairs, in a panoramic position, overlooking the lake. Going up a few steps there’ s the front garden, a balcony overlooking the lake, from which the view stretches as far as the eye can see to the plain, the hills, the villages, Verona and on clear days even the Apennines range.

Accommodates 6-12 people
